This application was a research-driven effort to allow contractors and small businesses to quickly and easily send a request to a customer to be reviewed on the Angie's List platform. The concept for this app was ideated during a series of qualitative research sessions with small business owners on the Angie's List platform where the research team addressed the need for contractors to have the ability to actionably increase their review count. I was the sole visual designer on this project working with research, UX, and engineering to deliver the final application. This was released in the iOS and Android app stores and available for all businesses participating with Angie's List. Our team received overwhelmingly positive feedback from contractors seeing exponential increases in reviews leading to more traffic and visibility on the Angie's List platform.
