As the project lead it was my role to identify crucial UX issues that needed targeting and recruit ideal team members within the company to collaborate and solve concurrent obstacles through an iterative and research-focused design process. I assembled a team across research, UX, visual design, and engineering to maximize conversion rate and reduce erroneous transactions in the Angie's List ecommerce checkout experience. This redesign generated a significant increase in total ecommerce sales in addition to reversing lost revenue due to lack of clarity during the checkout proccess.
